Mission: Transportation Solutions Arapahoe County is a community-based group that works collaboratively to identify and find solutions to the transportation needs within Arapahoe County.
Vision: Transportation Solutions Arapahoe County will work to achieve sustainable, person-centered, coordinated solutions that support the dignity, independence, and quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, and the low income population in the County. older adults, people with disabilities, and the low income population in the County.
In all meetings and communications of the Arapahoe County LCC (Transportation Solutions Arapahoe County) each member will respect and value everyone’s comments and time.

A. Welcome & Introductions: Suhaka called the meeting to order at 1:04pm.
There was no quorum! Where was everyone?! We need you to attend.
Attendance was: Jeff Fernengel (The Arc of Aurora), Matthew Helfant (DRCOG), Lauren Kurtz (DRMAC), Dani McLean, Mark Patterson (Via), Andrea Suhaka (Chair), Melanie Ward (Centennial)
B. Review notes from Aug. 15: There were no questions or corrections to the notes.
C. Finance Report
There are still some outstanding dues owed: City of Littleton, Doug Tisdale (RTD)
Suhaka paid the DRMAC dues, $100, but without a quorum, we have to table her repayment for Dec.

E. Strategic Plan update: As written in the email. You’ll need to look it over before the Jan. meeting to see if there is something to keep.
F. Live/Hybrid meetings?
Ward suggested it would be nice to be in person every 4-6 months. We’ll be in Zoom for Dec. and in person for Jan. Then we’ll see what will work next.
G. Town Hall/Community Meeting possibilities? Tabled to Dec. meeting.
H. Wrap Up & Announcements
Do we want to meet in Dec.? The few people at this meeting said, yes.
Our organization is in 2 RTD Subregional Service Councils, Southeast & Southwest: I can only keep up with one. I need a representative to attend the other. SE mtg is 11/10, SW is 11/2. The meetings should only be three times a year but, it is another meeting. Please, someone help me, here.
